cake flour 70g 1/2 cup
cocoa powder 30g 1/4 cup
milk 120g 1/2 cup
white vinegar 10g 2 teaspoons
sugar 75g 1/3 cup+1 tablespoon
Beat egg white till medium peaks
preheat oven 320°F/160°C
covered with aluminium foil into preheated oven, reduce the temperature to 300°F/150°C bake for 1 hour
after 1 hour, remove aluminium foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes
