Our hosts will be trying:
1. Pig’s Face: this is literally the meat out of the pig’s face, thickly sliced and bolied/iced in the special, secret recipe brine! Literally oilless fat is all I can think of
2. Pig’s Tongue: Yes, this is the tongue of the pig and it’s also sliced and prepared like the rest! The flavour is way stronger than the rest of the organs, also has a lot of nutrients, collagen and minerals!
3. Pig’s Stomach. The pig’s stomach is a bit more chewy! Has a few different textured layers and absobrs quite a lot of flavour
4. Pig’s Intestine: Also known as the “potato chips” of the intestine world, it is crazy crunchy! Almost feels like chicken cartilage texture-wise
5. Pork Knuckle: Tastes like Bacon
6. Beef Tripe: The tripe out of one of the 4 stomachs of the cow. Also looks and tastes like seaweed! Literally no animal based flavour. Insanely juicy!
